statement of purpose update

I devote my life to the momentary constructions for the purpose of maintaining a regular study of neural biochemistry, processes, patterns, and networks whose effects on a performance installation would successfully present a solution.

An example of this is affecting a site’s mood initally set up by a pre-set design, with a resulting performance based upon the affected concentration of biochemicals in each present body. The modulation of mood and perception, as evoked or supressed by the artwork itself.

A more specific example of this is the observation of different levels of dehydration which affect the integral effectiveness of body enzymes by varying concentrations.

This type of work is relevant since exemplary leading behaviours are that which initiate communication before utterance is necessary, and such model work is affected by optimality of momentary human body composition as per iteration.

This is a description of the necessity of optimality in the fluid process of a successful performance. Clarity is attained in this manner.

Peace in the place of violence necessitates the replacement of an action which becomes habitual, such as the thought of violent expression which can lead to harm.  Exemplifying here a mild abuse of the body (as determined by dehydration) which leads to preoccupation and stress, making one unable to relate to others.

Peace that replaces violence is but a continuation or extension of a small change in the acceptance of perception, a cyclical evoked reaction that proves willingness to change.

From birth one is externally stimulated to sculpt the self in interaction to environment, yet at the same time one as a human in the twenty-first century anywhere in the world that can reach mass media is constantly attracted to disregard the environment in the search for the multiplication of pleasure. Pleasure which is nothing more than attainment of a primal state, such as complete hydration. Once primality is approached, the fluidity of a performance increases, thus promoting initial acceptance, rather than a learning situation which would seek to smooth situation.

The delicate balance of these major driving forces must be redesigned, documented, and tested before it can be professed. The acceptance of the current art equates life paradigm drawn by happenings, thus renders any type of art-making a document archived by its dimensions.  A preocuppation currently expressed by archaeology.

These two ideas together, performance installation and archival systems, when combined are best illustrated by observing the timeline of a person’s life as a _local element_ which affects and reflects its own environment, as a moving installation piece, or performance installation which happens to naturally be site-specific by virtue of its choice of inhabitance.

The way in which an artist affects the surrounding sites and environment in a site-specific, localised manner is in and of itself a performance installation to his or her place of choice. As well, this projection which we call living I observe in terms of belongingness to presence.

Public interested are whom archive the arts of the surroundings utilizing phylogenic human technology. Demonstrating thus the deformation of environmental perception as the audience / public adapts to artwork.

A practice of exemplary recycling shapes a culture of exhaustive scarcity promoting conservativism at all costs; which expects to form a virtual and physical syllabus to impress, by reduction of uncertainty in subsequent generations, a greater fitness onto the species.

The applications of neuroethology and the profusion of neurogenesis to the study of performance installation are of dire need in a world where advertising and marketing research are driving the market of perceptual drive. That is to say, people need to be taught how to promote a peaceful neurogenesis in direction of peace, or preventive behaviours with which to combat violence and acceptance of abuse. Psychiatry and psychology have only been successful in maintaining a neutral state of being, and relapse is usually seen as inminent.

A work that would aid such humans whom endlessly battle and enjoy distractions by self-initiated neuromodulation, and handle the situation arising post-apocalyptically, is a model where correct momentary physical decisionmaking is necessary for succesfully peaceful survival.

The combination of all of the following elements constitute observed types of choices that driven purposefully may lead to addiction. Addiction and vice are usually seen as negative human extremes, but have also been known to be used to advantage (like workaholism) and must not be rejected as mere deformations of personality, or hinderances to success.

Current trends:

1. alcohol / opiate neuromodulation – obtaining goal or attaining conclusion, or clarity by depression of the hippocampus, which impairs memory formation and retrieval at all reasonable levels of normative brain activity. short-term effectiveness.

-at alcohol supply (sponsored gathering)

b. opiate situations

i. relaxation

-pre-sleep

-post-traumatic situation

ii. intoxication

-alone

-in combination with alcohol

2. anger neuromodulation – willful maintenance of higly excited hippocampal, insular, and cigulare gyrus pathways also promotes selective memory retrieval and maintains a near-survival level of insight and decisionmaking. middle-term effectiveness.

3. interpersonal transgression neuromodulation – or mind/kinesthetic/situational games, which depending on desired outcome, will activate different neural patterns and biochemical concentrations to interact and network for such effect. long-term effectiveness based on maintenance of modulation of other humans. otherwise, short-term effectiveness. in some cases, deeply infused changes may affect integrity, causing longer term effectiveness.
